It consist in a yearly plan which, starting from a player’e evaluation, suggests and coordinates the best possible path to follow for a given Player, Family Projects, in accordance with agreed goals.

Luca Appino, or one of our top coaches will be regularly in touch with all the team members to set up the priorities to work on, give the guidelines of tournaments and training schedule, support the player and the family, exchange with the local coach bringing international experience to help the player’s development.

This program consist in at least three sessions in present of a minimum of 5 days each, plus up to 30 online sessions of an hour each.
